I've been trying to replicate the results on the website (http://nova.chem.colostate.edu/cascade/predict/) using the code in this repository but am having a little difficulty. I've been trying to change some of the code in the 'code' folder, but I was wondering if the code used to do the predictions on the website is available instead?
