Update composer.lock to laminas/dependency versions that support PHP 8.3; the previous lock capped several laminas packages at 8.1. Switch the Redis cache connections from the pure-PHP predis client to Symfony Cache RedisAdapter::createConnection(), which uses the native phpredis extension when installed. The connection is built from a new redisDsn config value (redis://<host>/<db>) so the cache targets a dedicated Redis database; add the REDIS_DB var to .env.dist. …ixture The lock now requires PHP 8.2+ so the 8.1 matrix could no longer install. Bump the matrix to 8.3 to match the runtime this branch targets. The dependency bump (psalm 4.27->4.30, stricter laminas-inputfilter and doctrine stubs) surfaces 27 pre-existing issues on unchanged src; record them in a psalm baseline rather than churn unrelated files. WorkshopCreatorTest fetches php8-appreciate's live composer.json; update the expected snapshot to match its current require/require-dev.
