Migrates spo feature and spo field commands to Zod. Closes #7326

Closes #7326

Migrates the following commands from the legacy #initOptions()/#initValidators()/#initTelemetry()/#initTypes()/#initOptionSets() pattern to Zod schema-based validation:

• spo feature disable
• spo feature enable
• spo feature list
• spo field add
• spo field get
• spo field list
• spo field remove
• spo field set

Changes

• Each command now exports a Zod options schema and exposes it through a schema getter.
• Cross-field validation (option sets, "at most one of list id/title/url") moved to getRefinedSchema().
• Legacy init methods, constructors, and telemetry hooks removed.
• spo field set keeps allowUnknownOptions() and therefore uses a loose z.object({...}).catchall(z.unknown()) schema.
• spo feature disable/enable use zod.coercedEnum so the scope option stays case-insensitive while still advertising Site/Web autocomplete.
• Spec files migrated to commandOptionsSchema.safeParse() for validation tests and commandOptionsSchema.parse() for action tests; legacy "supports specifying"/"configures command types" tests removed and unknown-option tests added.
