I'm sorry for you having to redo some of the work, but could you please switch to the YAML file for describing partition layout? We are trying to phase out older formats.

Converted to yaml format, squashed patches and added SoB in new version. Tested with rb5gen2 where flashing and booting works. |

Hi Mikko Rapeli (@mikkorapeli-linaro) , Thanks for converting to YAML format. One suggestion before this lands: could you switch the partition list to the grouped form, i.e. a luns: container per LUN instead of repeating lun: on every entry? Both forms are supported and resolve to byte-identical artifacts, but the grouped form is what we'd like boards to converge on. LUN features hang off groups - grow: false generates the trailing last_parti absorber for you, and LUN-scoped include: directives let boards pull shared partition sets from _common/ ( The YAML format landed only recently and we're still making changes that improve modularity and reuse, so aligning new boards with the grouped form now saves a follow-up conversion later. |
