Adds a data-driven content spine for Marchbound instead of hardcoding weapons, monsters, projectiles and tile variety inside CombatArena. Includes ContentDB + JSON catalogs, 20 attack definitions, 13 projectiles, 26 items/weapons, 36 monsters, 24 local tile variants, DepthCombatArena weapon-specific melee/ranged behavior with knockback and projectile payloads, content-aware biome rosters/drop candidates, richer local ground variation, inventory weapon behavior readout, and a scene-driven Content Lab editor with browser-safe user:// overrides and link validation. Must pass strict Godot 4.7.2 parse, smoke and Web export before merge.
