Description

  • Brief Overview:
Added Eldritch Horror Week Edition as a separate one-week JavaScript assignment in tasks/eldritch-horror-week-edition/. It uses Azathoth, normal difficulty, and a 16-card deck with three stages. The original Eldritch Horror task remains unchanged.

  • Implementation Approach:

    • Defined deck composition, randomization, card drawing, counters, and restarting the game.
    • Reused the original assets and data through relative links. Allowed custom or AI-generated card images with the same rules and evaluation criteria.
    • Allowed alternative data formats, optional fetch-based loading, and development tools; kept code organization as recommendations.
    • Defined 100 core points and 5 additional README points, with the final score capped at 100 after fixed penalties for PR, deployment, and commit convention issues.
    • Required submission of the PR URL and local review when deployment is unavailable. Added links to RS School documentation and algorithm learning materials.

Additional Information

  • Screenshots/Links:
    Eldritch Horror — Week Edition
  • Validation: Prettier formatting, scoring total, relative links, and restoration of the original task checked.
