The use of datetime.utcnow results in the built font having the current timestamp. The widely used environment variable SOURCE_DATE_EPOCH comes in handy to build fonts that are reproducible with the same tool chain version. Apply it in postprocess-designspace. There are other uses of datetime.utcnow that might also benefit from checking that variable.
