feat: add agent-ready-content starter - #47

Serve HTML to humans and markdown to agents from the same URLs: explicit .md routes, Accept-header content negotiation, and discovery via llms.txt and sitemap.md — one Sanity dataset rendered by both Next.js and Astro through shared schema and markdown packages. Follows the starter conventions: pnpm catalog, @starter shared configs, oxfmt/eslint, AGENT.md + CLAUDE.md symlink, template validation, and a standalone CI workflow. CI uses a placeholder project ID since nothing deploys — schema/manifest extract only need a non-empty value. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

Adds the agent-ready-content starter: serve HTML to humans and markdown to agents from the same URLs. One Sanity dataset, two frontends (Next.js 16 and Astro 7) implementing the same delivery pattern through shared workspace packages:
