Records familiar-apple #220 (ADR-0137 point 3's background refresh) and #221 (ADR-0150 point 5's offer to remove a forgotten server's files) in the two ADRs' Implementation blocks. The "not built" follow-ups become built entries.
Also records the 2026-10-05 merge of #210–#219, and that the move of an existing install's downloads (ADR-0150 point 6) still hasn't run on a device. CLAUDE.md's status line for ADR-0137 is updated.
Merge after #220 and #221 land, so the record doesn't run ahead of the code.
