Cached process and tool views can keep displaying an old running state while a refresh stalls, without identifying the age of the data. Show snapshot age and pending refreshes for Processes, Plans, Groups, External watches and Advisor, and label retained successful snapshots stale after two refresh intervals.
Use compact plan/watch headings for age and a pending-refresh marker while preserving selected handles and lifecycle status in 20×8 panes. Retain initial/error diagnostics and existing background read ownership, refresh intervals, navigation and action behavior.
Validation: 327 focused TUI tests passed through the shared queue with native exit 0, plus formatting and correctness lint. Fourteen new deterministic tests exercise successful and empty snapshots, pending refreshes, age boundaries, errors and recovery, narrow panes, hidden/help views and quit.
All five CI jobs passed, with 835 tests in each of four direct and queued Python 3.8/3.12 runs. Retained checkout/test logs identify the exact tested merge, and wheel/source distribution files match the reviewed source bytes.
