fix: pubky file reads keep encoded paths intact #1501

Problem or use case

Bitkit pins Paykit RC76. Paykit RC77 makes Pubky file reads keep paths with percent escapes, spaces or Unicode intact, rejects malformed URIs that could be read as another resource, and keeps remote document values out of errors.

Pin Paykit RC77 on Android, matching iOS.
