bug: usdt screens show english in other languages #1508

What happened?
In every language other than English, the USDT screens show English text: send, receive, cross-network deposits, refunds and USDT activity details. A few payment request, subscription and Pubky auth labels added since the 3.0.0 translation pass are also still in English, so these screens mix languages.
The USDT strings reached master just before the translation pass merged, so the pass never covered them.
Expected behavior
Every string the app uses shows in the selected language. Payment, security and recovery copy gets native-speaker review before release.
Steps to Reproduce
- Set the app language to any supported language other than English, e.g. German.
- Open USDT from the wallet, then open receive or cross-network deposits.
- Labels, buttons and notes show in English.
