chore: add support for Python 3.15

This pull request adds support for Python 3.15 across the project. The changes update configuration files, documentation, and CI workflows to ensure compatibility and testing with Python 3.15.

Compatibility and documentation updates:

• Updated compatibility sections in README.rst and docs/index.rst to include Python 3.15. [1] [2]
• Added Python 3.15 to the classifiers list in pyproject.toml.

Build and testing configuration:

• Added Python 3.15 and 3.15t environments to the envlist and python sections in tox.ini, enabling local and CI testing. [1] [2]
• Updated the test.yml GitHub Actions workflow to run tests with Python 3.15 and 3.15t.
• Added py315 to the target-version for Black formatting in pyproject.toml.
