Map viewport resets after marker data changes

Description

After the user pans the Map to a different location, updating the marker-layer data changes the viewport and returns the Map toward its initially configured center.

Steps To Reproduce

1. Open the following StackBlitz example - https://stackblitz.com/edit/qdmvbkwu-rot9yuti
2. Pan the Map to a different location.
3. Click the Add marker button to add marker data.
4. Observe that the Map location changes unexpectedly.

Actual Behavior

Updating marker data causes the Map to return toward its initially configured center.

Expected Behavior

Updating marker data should preserve the center and zoom selected by the user interaction.
