Termux-notificaton: Ability to show either play or pause buttons and not both for --type media

Feature description

I want to be able to show either the play or pause button and not both for termux-notification with --type media.

Currently, when I omit one, the buttons don't show at all.

Alternatively, you can just collapse the two into a play/pause button

Have you checked if the feature is accessible through the Android API?
