This file was suggested as an addition to the stdlib in this PR, but was rejected due to the maintainers not wanting to add more to the stdlib.
So, following Andrews advice -
Thank you for the patch. I recommend to maintain it as an independent third party package. If it is popular when Zig is finalizing the standard library, we may decide to upstream it. Until that time, I see no need to add it to the standard library.
