Summary

This bumps github.com/rabbitmq/amqp091-go from v1.10.0 to v1.13.0. govulncheck shows the vulnerable code is reachable from pkg/queue through RabbitMQ.Connect. Every service that uses queue with RabbitMQ inherits it.

Severity Advisories
Critical GHSA-c5pq-fr2g-9jpf (frame injection via readLongstr overflow), GHSA-33mj-cw25-m34h (no TLS minimum version for URI-configured connections), GHSA-j497-x9hr-x34x (shortstr truncation)
High GHSA-6c5v-hqjr-5xxp, GHSA-4v58-74mf-rjx3, GHSA-r9c8-gcjp-xfwh, GHSA-xwwf-m8fg-p9q2, GHSA-rm6m-hrcw-jw33, GHSA-27gv-rfvv-22mv

The go directive is unchanged (1.25.0), so services that use queue aren't forced onto a newer Go.

Follow-up

After merge, tag a release, for example v1.4.7. Services can then pick up the fix with a normal go get github.com/uug-ai/queue@v1.4.7. uug-ai/hub-workflows#82 already pins amqp091-go v1.13.0 directly, because hub-workflows is still on queue v1.3.9.

Test plan

  • go build ./..., go vet ./..., go test -count=1 ./... pass
  • govulncheck ./... reports no reachable vulnerabilities in dependencies; only stdlib findings that depend on the local toolchain remain
