머지 조건

• 앞 PR 머지 후 dev 위로 rebase 하고 base 를 dev 로 변경
• 서버 폴더 API dev 반영 완료. dev 서버로 실제 흐름 확인하고 머지

토너먼트 폴더 칩

• 폴더 칩을 폴더 목록 조회로 교체
• 칩을 고르면 folderId 목록 조회. 전체 칩은 전체 위시 목록
  • 칩 전환 중에는 이전 목록 유지(keepPreviousData)
    • 원인: Suspense 쿼리로 바꾸면 칩을 누를 때마다 화면 전체가 로딩으로 바뀜
• 위시 0개 안내는 전체 위시 기준
• 무한 스크롤 추가
• 범위: 다음 버튼의 후보 담기 연결은 제외
  • 원인: by-wish 와 by-wish-v2 를 합치는 작업에서 처리 (TOURNAMENT_ADD_ITEM_BY_WISH_V2 TEMP 경로)
