Fix a bug that overwrote robot joint positions before retargeting ground-only and static-object scenes.
The initialization always wrote the object's position and orientation into the last seven configuration entries. Without a dynamic object, those entries belong to the robot, so placeholder object values replaced the intended joint positions. Affected runs therefore started from an incorrect robot pose, which could change the resulting motion.
