Supersedes #165.

Dependabot's bump only touched package.json and package-lock.json, so the check (vendor-check) job failed: js/vendor/ is built from the pinned versions and committed, and the build no longer matched. This PR applies the same bump and commits the output of npm run build:vendor (three.core.js, three.module.js, plus OrbitControls, GLTFLoader, PCDLoader and BufferGeometryUtils).

Checked locally: npm test passes (23 tests), and re-running npm run build:vendor after the commit produces no diff in js/vendor/, which is what CI asserts. 0.186.1 is still the latest three.

#165 can be closed once this merges.

Supersedes the dependabot bump (#165), which only touched package.json and
package-lock.json and so failed the vendor-check job: js/vendor/ is built
from the pinned versions and committed. Regenerated with
`npm run build:vendor`.
